About the group:
Fitness, Accountability and Connection! Get support and accountability for a couch to 5K program.
Outdoor and Group workouts are great for well-being, mental health and good fitness habits. Train for 5 km and 10 km runs, alone or connect with a buddy at your level to exercise together.
HIIT & stretching in the park. Enjoy a seafront walk, exercise at your level of fitness, or try a weighted 5K walk when you feel it’s too hot to run.
Reward yourself with a coffee or a smoothie after your workout. Connect and make friends, and talk about your fitness goals & general support.
